Anyway, this is me at the moment:
So this is my blog test pattern for myself. I need to read this and repeat to interrupt some of my stress.
- Change is good. It could be a great opportunity.
- Things could always be worse.
- Worry about what is within my control/sphere of influence. Whatever else is what it is.
- It's only a job. And, I am very fortunate to have a job.
- Sticking to my routine! Continue to exercise and make healthy choices. I feel healthy and strong from doing both which makes me feel good physically and mentally.
- My husband and friends are supportive and can help me manage my stress IF I talk to them. Do not disengage.

Big hugs! I hope everything works out okay. Keeping a routine is the best thing for me too. Hmmm...I wonder what my test pattern should be.
I think those are great goals - I'm gonna adopt them! lol

Thank you for this post. I needed it! I have a very stressful life and job. Stress is what caused me to fall off the bandwagon.
I am back in the saddle and moving down again. I love how positive your blog is!
I think we all could use a "reset" button once in awhile. Thanks for the reminder.
