I had mentioned in a previous post that I thought there was a chance that I needed to fill. NOPE. I just need to eat what I am supposed to eat (no soft foods and hard protein) and things have been going fine. I am optimistic that I have made some progress against the Santa weight.
It's good for me to fight the urge to stand on the scale here. So, I am thinking it is a good exercise for me. I've been wondering - do women have a 'scale obsession' gene? bwwaaa

Scale obsessed? Oh definitely. I used to get on that damned thing every morning, even though I know good and well that weight can fluctuate and it's not like I could've gained or lost a few pounds in a day. Now I am proud of myself if I don't get on it more than once a week. That's really all I should be doing.
