What did I hear?!?

I was watching TV and went into the kitchen when a commercial came on. I couldn't believe what I heard, so I went back. It was Burger King's commercial - 'Big Bucking Chicken'. I'm sure you can guess what I thought I heard without spelling it out. Can't say that I'm a big fan. I can picture all these young kids going around chanting it and saying, "But Mom, I heard it on TV. What's wrong with it?" Now that I think about it, that King that they use in the other commercials creeps me out too. Oh well, they lost my business anyway when I gave up fast food.

I can be having a wonderful night, not feeling any hunger pains, not wanting food, and then they show those stupid fast food commercials and I want to go down and get something to eat. There should be laws banning unhealthy things from being shown on TV. Unhealthy eating, unhealthy sex, yada, yada.... So, the Big Bucking chicken, well, what's new. That's like Kentucky Fried Chicken. My son never got it right. It was always F...ey Kied chicken. So it goes.

That's why I like TIVO! I can just skip all the commercials.

I stopped over and read your blog again. I was going to leave a comment, but it asks for my email address. What happens with it if I leave it? I am paranoid of putting my email address anywhere --- SPAM is not my friend! :)

Regardless of all of that, I enjoyed all of your entries. My brother's also called me names - fatty, pig, etc. and it scarred me. The sad thing is that I was not at all overweight. I just felt that way.

I hope your blood count comes up so you can have the surgery. I'll keep checking in.
